How to get Admin?

Hello, Members! To get forum admin, you must meet these requirements:

- Must be B.Gen or higher!
- Must be good with computers!
- Must not touch anything!
- Must pay 50gbs on blah hotel.

Someone made me pay 50GBS to become an admin, even though I met all requirements.
