Suggestion about annoying Pte's.

As we all know, going up in time is the amount of disrespectful low ranks. They are not only annoying but they mess up the whole line in FTF having to say R/O and F/U all the time. After training they shouldnt have to be told more than once so i have a suggestion. We give all irritating low ranks 3 strikes, the first strike is just a warning the second means retraining and any more than three means a demotion or being fired. Thank you

I agree. Also, when a HR comes through the gate and steps on the Black Mat, most LR refuse to stand up, and they have to be told "Attention"

When we have done like all the stuff to train them, we should teach them that they have to do attention when a HR (2LT+) stands on the mat
